| Over the past eleven years the battle for expanded gambling has taken place in the Legislature.
“Gambling with the Good Life” has been the voice for the people in the Legislature and will continue
to speak out against expanded gambling. However, contact with a constituent speaks louder to the
Senators since the Senators are very concerned about their voter’s opinions.
Engraved on the State Capitol are these words, “The salvation of the state is the watchfulness of
It’s citizens.” Edmund Burke wrote, “The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men (or women) to do nothing.” Please stand up and protect our “Good Life” by contacting your State
Senator whenever an expanded gambling issue is up for discussion.
